Unlike other platforms, we provide lower vendor fees (10% less than competitors) and diverse income opportunities for drivers through food delivery, parcel shipping, rental car drop-offs, and on-demand services like cleaning, mechanics, and tech repair.

Can I use Eva Dash and still work with other delivery platforms?
Absolutely! Drivers and vendors are not exclusive to Eva Dash. You can work with Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates, GrubHub, or any other platform while using Eva Dash.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Each vendor sets their own minimum order amount based on product type and delivery distance.
How much does Eva Dash charge for delivery?
Delivery fees vary based on:

Can I use Eva Dash for personal package deliveries?
Yes! Eva Dash Parcel Delivery allows users to send small or medium-sized packages quickly and securely within our service areas.

What happens if a delivery is delayed?
Delays can occur due to traffic, weather, or vendor order processing. You’ll receive live updates in the app.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Orders are tracked in real-time through the Eva Dash app.
Do I need to tip my driver?
Tipping is optional but encouraged. 100% of tips go directly to drivers.
What if my order is incorrect or missing?
Report issues through the app within 24 hours for a refund, replacement, or resolution.
Does Eva Dash offer 24/7 delivery?
Certain vendors and services are available 24/7, while others follow business hours.
Can I order delivery from multiple vendors at once?
Not yet, but we are working on multi-vendor checkout.
Does Eva Dash offer curbside pickup?
Yes, some vendors offer curbside pickup for orders.
Do you deliver alcohol?
Currently, Eva Dash does not deliver alcohol, but we plan to add this service in the future.
How do Eva Dash drivers get paid?
Drivers earn through:
✔ 100% of Delivery Fees (min. $5 per order)
✔ 5% Commission on Order Total
✔ $5 Mileage Bonus (for trips over 5 miles)
✔ Trip Volume Incentives & Bonuses
How often do drivers get paid?
Drivers can choose:
✔ Weekly deposits (Fridays).
✔ Instant Cash Out (anytime for a small fee).

Yes! We offer sign-up and milestone bonuses:

How do instant cash-outs work?
Cash out instantly through the app.

How do vendors get paid?
Vendor payouts are processed daily via direct deposit.
How much does Eva Dash charge vendors?
We charge 10% less than Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub, meaning more profit for your business.
Can I list multiple businesses?
Yes! Vendors can operate multiple businesses under one Eva Dash account.
Can vendors track delivery progress?
Yes! Vendors can track driver location, order status, and customer feedback in the dashboard.
How do I sign up as a vendor?
Click Become a Vendor and complete the onboarding process.
Is cannabis delivery legal?
Yes, in areas where local & federal laws allow it.
What products can be delivered?

Can any driver deliver cannabis?
No. Cannabis deliveries require special driver verification and compliance training.
What age is required for cannabis delivery?
Customers must be 21+ with a valid ID.
