- Business Name & Legal Entity (LLC, Corporation, Sole Proprietor, etc.)
- Business Address & Contact Information
- Tax Identification Number (EIN)
- Owner/Manager Contact Details (Phone & Email)

Eva Dash requires accurate business details to verify your business and set up your account properly.
Create Your Vendor Dashboard Account
Once your application is submitted and reviewed, you will receive an email with link to create your Eva Dash VENDOR Dashboard Account.
What to Do:
- Log in to your vendor dashboard using the provided credentials.
- Set up your business profile (business logo, banner, description, hours of operation).
- Customize your delivery and pickup preferences (enable/disable certain options).
- You can add products, branding, and more

Upload Required Documents for Verification
