One Night Only: JW Marriott San Antonio Hosts Exclusive Bertani Wine Dinner
JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa invites guests to an exclusive evening of Italian wine and cuisine with its Bertani Wine Dinner on Wednesday, October 14, at 6 p.m. at Cherry Bark. The one-night-only experience pairs a five-course Chef’s tasting menu with a curated selection of premium wines from Bertani and participating producers, offering an intimate look at some of Italy’s renowned wine regions and varietals.
Priced at $350 per person, the dinner features six wines, including Pinot Grigio and Ribolla Gialla from Cantina Puiatti, Ognisanti, Valpolicella Ripasso Valpantena, Amarone della Valpolicella Valpantena, and a 2015 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico. A representative from the participating wineries will be in attendance to guide guests through the selections and share insight into the wines, while the Chef-created menu complements each pairing.
With just 40 tickets available, the dinner is an intimate opportunity for wine enthusiasts and food lovers to experience these selections in a setting designed around the pairings. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase wines featured throughout the dinner, as well as additional selections from the participating producers.
