Entertainment‘Scream’ Fans Need To Watch This WTF Slasher Series Where True Crime Obsession Meets Gross-Out Horror

The big screen was the first home for slashers. Granddaddies Norman Bates and Leatherface paved the way for the killers to come, from Jason Voorhees in the 1980s, Ghostface in the 1990s, and the cannibals of Wrong Turn in the 2000s. But in the past decade, the small screen has become the second home to slashers who can rack up an impressive kill count with a macabre inventiveness. Scream Queens and Scream were released in 2015, and the subgenre has only grown since then, becoming a staple within TV horror shows.
